Fogo

Welcome to the Fogo group! Fogo is of course the best island. This is an island group that we can use to coordinate logistics for events, projects and travel. But it is also a good place to discuss what the island is like. So if you are another Volunteer planning a trip here, and have a question, post it. If you are another Volunteer who recently took a trip here, write a post about your experience.
Chief of police wants to meet with us

Fogo Vs,
Justin, the new Chief of Police for the Conselho of Mosteiros, wants to speak with all of us at the next opportunity to talk about ways Peace Corps and the police can work together to keep us nice and safe. He has promised that this talk will include lunch. I'd just like everyone to keep this in mind for the next time we all happen to be in the same zona - perhaps dia um di Maio in Sao Filipe?
